The movers were very professional and courteous, but I feel like this was a total bait and switch. Quoted one price and the movers demanded an additional $1000 when they arrived to move us out of our storage unit. They had us captive and we had really no option but to agree. We should have been told upfront that it is variable pricing as opposed to being quoted a flat rate. It’s a total scam…they know you are at their mercy and totally take advantage. Worst moving experience ever as a result!
