Clean cut, white guy, hardworking, reliable offering painting and general labor services at a low cost. I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs at all, I can pass a 7 year background check also a 10 year. I ONLY USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, coming out of center city area. which I can get to most places. Serving Phila, South Phila, Camden County, including Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Moorestown, Pennsauken, Runnemede, etc. I can travel further including Gloucester County, Burlington County, Salem, Atlantic, A/C for depending on the job, if it is worth the while. I do work on the weekends and also holidays as well if I am available. Services include:

Painting/spackling, interior only (unless ground level), I make sure I get the job done right, pay attention to detail. I can also do light handyman work, install new toilets, vanity sinks, faucets, mirrors, fixtures, shower bars, shelves, cabinets picture frames, smoke alarms, Ikea, tables, desks and other furn, change locks/knobs, change lights switches, landscaping, yard work, mulch, house/ lawn cleanouts, powerwashing, demos, toilet/ sink issues, minor carpentry, door jams, sheds, home theater set-up no troubleshooting, housekeeping, house/ dog sitting, construction/site laborer, asphalt sealcoating assistant, plumbing/electricial helper, hang drywall that is already cut.

Things I am not available for: Tile, flooring, carpet, new doors, major electric, install new pipes, weld pipes, hvac, major plumbing, cut/measuring dry wall (only an assistant), siding, concrete work, stucco, etc, major stuff.

Rate is 11/hr for regular people. For jobs in PA this is the same. For any company or business (excluding owners of rentals/flips) the rate is 12/hr. For jobs in PA is is 12/hr. These are non-negotiable minimum rates, of course someone can pay me more than that. Toilets are 80, discounts can be avail for multiple. Vanity sinks are 50-60, discounts can be avail in combo with toilets.

I repeatedly and continually get asked the same questions that I took the time to answer. Not even follow up question, the only questions I answered are the only ones asked to me on virtually every call, what area am I at, do I have a vehicle, what areas do I service, what do I do, what is rate , and more. You don't need to "confirm' anything" either, move forward with the information you have.

Wife-husband scam: I don't deal with wives at all, have the husband call me. Had enough of the scam. "oh I did not know my husband did it already", "I gave you the wrong information, I didn't know", "I forgot I had to work", I had a "family emergency", and other crap. I have actually never done a job, and some of you do not even cancel beforehand. It is a scam, you both know exactly what you are eating and thinking every day, let alone who you are hiring for your own house. Had more than enough, play with somebody else.
