Air Sealing:
Air sealing is a process where all air leaks are addressed and mitigated at the attic, basement or crawlspace, sidewalls, doors and windows, and all service penetrations. In doing so, this process will help in reducing moisture movements that contribute to mold growth and structural damage. This is a process that is recommended to be done prior to insulation installation.

Attics:
Have an attic that's low on insulation? We can fix that for you. Once you're up there you may as do it right. We have options to fit your budget when looking to install new or additional attic insulation.

Blown-In Applications:
This is done by using a machine that agitates the loose-fill material and brings it out through a hose to be applied to a cavity. We employ many different techniques with blown-in systems. Give us a call to find out more.

Cellulose:
Cellulose is an insulation material that is made from typically over 80% recycled newspaper. It is fire treated with borate chemicals that make it safe to use in homes and is vermin proof. The chemicals that are used to treat the material and make it fire proof discourage insects and rodents from nesting inside it. Use of cellulose may be applied to insulate an entire building envelope.

Crawlspaces:
These areas are similar to a basement however, only differentiate in height. Often times, a crawlspace will have exposed dirt floors, moisture issues, and either inadequate insulation or not enough or all these issues. However no worries, we can address these issues for you at a low cost and have it done in a timely fashion!
If your crawlspace looks like the before picture below we can fix it easily at a low cost!
