Handyman/Interior work starting at $30/hr

Need to prep a rental or a home for sale? Just moved in and want some plumbing or lighting upgrades? I'm John and I have been doing residential maintenance my entire life. I'm not a carpenter but I am someone who was raised in a family with rental properties and have made the maintenance of them my career. Here's my skill set:

* Repair/replace/unplug plumbing fixtures- faucets, toilets, valves, disposals...most plumbing outside the walls
* Light electrical/fixtures- I even have an electrical license from the state (needs renewal)
* Hardware- locks, doors, drawers, window treatment install, etc.
* Drywall repair
* Pool maintenance/chemicals
* Interior painting
* Dishwasher installation
* Water Heaters- Gas and Electric (separate pricing for water heater installs starting at $240)
* Flip, Rental, and Sales prep consulting
* Pressure washing of driveways, decks etc- I have one (no roof work)

I am available Mon - Sat and evenings. Just $30/hr, min 2 hours ($40/hr for plumbing and electrical related work). If you want me to pick up supplies that figures into my rate. Cash only please payable immediately at the end of the work day/project. No need to shell out gobs of cash to get your home projects done! Give me a call/text as late as 10pm!
