I would not recommend this company. They do not provide their movers with proper moving tools. The movers badly damaged by the refrigerator.

If I could leave negative stars I would. They were suppose to me move today. Less than two hours before they were suppose to show up they canceled and told me to call someone else. They were rude and didn’t care they were canceling. Worst service ever.

NO SHOW. NO CALL.
Please DO NOT HIRE these guys OR let a booking company book them for you!They left me completely stranded with a truck full of furniture in the middle of Chicago with no word at all. Rayshon called me to undercut Hire-A-Helper (who had booked them for me) and said he would give me a “better deal” to book with him directly. We verified the details on the phone and again via text, made a plan, set up payment - all set. 20 minutes before the arrival window, I hadn’t heard from Rayshon or anyone so I texted for an ETA - no response. I called - went straight to voicemail. I called the other number on the original email from Hire-A-Helper - no longer in service.

I have never been this shocked or disappointed in a business in my life. I threw my back out trying to move by myself. I called and texted for a couple hours and NOTHING.

Another moving company cancelled our appointment 1 and 1/2 hours before they were to show up. In a crunch and last minute I reached out to Allstar Movers. Ray took my call and said they could accommodate me. Ray and Seth were professional, communicated as issues arose and moved us satisfactorily. We added Jay for a quick return trip and he was equally as professional. I will use Allstar again and am going to definitely refer my family, friends and colleagues to them.

Rayshon Jones was one of the rudest people I have ever had the unfortunate time of interacting with. I would recommend staying as far away from him and his company as possible.

I booked his moving services 3 weeks before my move date. I had to wait 72 hours for every response I received from him. He finally asked what time I preferred he come. I told him I could be flexible but preferred 9am.

This extremely poor customer service was not even the worst part. Rayshon called me at 8:30PM the night before my scheduled service at 9AM (so barely 12 hours before) and was completely rude and dismissive. He started the conversation by telling my I booked in the afternoon, which confused me since I had requested a 9AM service.

I told him I didn't want to cancel because I needed a mover for the next morning. He then said he would not be coming. I tried figuring out something with him and he eventually said "I'm not dealing with this tonight" and hung up on me.
