FYI and please be advised:
* I'm a ONE MAN service only - NO additional HELPER/S - and most likely I'll NEED HELP hauling big, heavy or bulky furnitures/boxes/items.
* I NIETHER PROVIDE, NOR DO I HAVE a freight-vehicle, moving equipment, tools or packing materials.
* MOVING-EQUIPMENT such as a UTILITY DOLLY and/or FURNITURE DOLLY (maybe FURNITURE PADS as well), will be REQUIRED (all can be rented daily for low-cost from any "U-HAUL" dealership).
* I travel by and depend on PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION to perform my service. Therefore, I MIGHT BE INABLE to reach every location under my coverage zone at any given time.

DO NOT USE! Leon immediately contacted me with numerous demands including a bigger truck for a longer time, as well as equipment I did not need. He also demanded that I extend my services (aka demanding to be paid more). When you try to explain your situation to him he will not listen and get defensive. He refuses to lift anything and will demand that you have numerous trucks/dollys so that he doesn’t have to help carry anything. When I stated I will be canceling the service he immediately called me an a**hole and said I waisted his time. DO NOT USE!
