They broke my tv I contacted them about this because really just wanted them to know it was broken. I asked for insurance info she was like I’m not giving you anything. Patricia is very unprofessional and I asked for owner information she got very rude. Please check all your items before they leave. Understand things happen during moves but how Patricia acted was very unprofessional. A simple apology would have worked but she is very rude
They forgot they booked us to move and sent their trucks to maintenance. They made zero effort to rectify the situation or help in any way. This brazen incompetence resulted in us booking a different mover on short notice at an additional cost of hundreds. If we hadn't called them to verify, they would have never even noticed. Do yourself a favor and hire people that can actually run a business.
Loved the service! They really know what they are doing! Very knowledgeable. They got the experience. For sure I will hire them again!
If I could leave negative stars I would. I previously used this company to move my apartment and the pricing was decent, but Patricia is AWFUL!!! They honestly need someone else to handle the phone and scheduling for them. I tried to schedule for my cousins move and not only did she up the price the same day with no changes on my part, they didn’t show up until 7pm and denied the work because they needed longer than 3 hours. I waited all day for them to show up and when they got there hella late, they had the audacity to tell me I was a waste of gas!! I took the time to find this company and leave this review because the unprofessionalism and rudeness of this company needs to be exposed so they don’t waste anyone else’s time.
Booked with this company for a move at 8am. I’m on a time limit and needed to have this done early in the morning. They canceled on me the night before at 9pm. Now I have no time to book another mover. My landlord is going out of town and has to do the walkthrough ASAP!! The way they canceled was rude and they could care less about the inconvenience this has caused!!
