I reached out to this company for moving services 2-3 weeks ago. This was my first time ever using movers and probably will be my last. Initial communication was fine, they even texted a few days earlier wanting to reschedule for an earlier time.
The day of the move, they never reached out. I was scheduled for 12-1 . I texted a little after 12 for an update and they responded 20-30 minutes after stating they had a flat. At about 2pm they stated they were sending someone else and by 4PM they canceled until the following day. Unfortunately for me , I have to be out by TODAY. I am highly disappointed and so annoyed. I am unable to find movers and now will have to move everything on my own. From a 2nd floor to the 3rd. I am Livid!!!
A huge inconvenience and they really let me down. 0 stars if I could!

Literally the worst “movers” I’ve ever dealt with! Schedule a move 2.5 weeks in advance. Confirmed with them 3 days prior to the move. The day if they did not show up, nor did they communicate with us after countless attempts to call/text. The move was schedule almost a week ago now and they still haven’t bothered to reach out. Luckily we were able to find a legitimate mover the next day, but I highly DO NOT recommend this company!
No call ! No show, left me with all my boxes packed and had to call everyone to help me move. Steve is a terrible person.
Had move scheduled for 9/12. Movers were no call no show. After several attempts to contact with no response decided to choose more professional business.
