For custom built-ins, woodworking and furniture, all jobs must be done with plans. I use sketchup pro andplans are drawn in 3d with dimensions, texturing, and color. Absolutely no project will be built without signed plans. All custom builds require 75% of total cost down. I cannot work for 3 weeks for your duaghter to get in a car wreck and you decided you can no longer afford the project. I am a 3rd generation woodcrafter and produce flawless work. I can produce any style you want from rustic to modern.
