New Construction Cleaning - .26 cents per square foot, or a flat rate of $25 per hour. Don't let just anyone clean YOUR new or beautifully remodeled home. Leave it to the pro's who have the expertise, care, and equipment needed. We can clean windows for the same hourly rate, or negotiate according to location.

We have literally cleaned hundreds of homes for large property management companies, and apartment complexes.

🏡 Vacancy and residential cleaning $24 per hour, per person, with a three hour minimum. 🏡 Our cleaners have a minimum of 10 years cleaning experience. They do this job why .......... because they love to clean!! 🚽🛀 You can count on our cleaners showing up when they are scheduled, and communicating with you throughout the cleaning process to make sure all of your needs are met. We will clean to to your SATISFACTION!

We also clean offices, daytime, nighttime or weekends. We have some long term office cleaning references.

Carpet cleaning .12 cents per sq. foot (half the going rate). Special this week, $98 whole house which is 6 rooms (hallway count as a room, average size room 10 x 11. Our non truck mounted equipment will save you money! **Please review attached carpet cleaning information**

We can accept credit cards if that is your preference.
We have evening and weekend cleaners as well!
