I'm a fourth generation Norwegian carpenter specializing in restoring historic barns and repurposing salvaged materials. I dedicated my life's work to saving historic buildings and creating rustic art with my hands since 1992. I make old stuff new again.
While barns are my specialty, I enjoy tackling most kinds of carpentry and repairs. I build custom chicken coops and sheds. I can make custom windows and doors, stairs, decks, pergolas, fences, potting benches, and will install rustic or antique materials such as beams and timbers or sliding doors in your home.
It's my passion and my trade. I value our history and take the extra time it takes to maintain our heritage. I save the salvaged wood from nearly every project and try to reuse it in creative ways. Wood often carries it's story and craftsman within it.
