Jeff Contractor is a crook. He is currently being prosecuted for acting as an unlicensed contractor in Anne Arundel county. His MO is to try to win your trust before overcharging you. He will also try to convince you to pay for work that is not needed. He stopped showing up for a job that I had paid a large deposit on, after I refused such a job.

They will get paint all over the floors and anything that isn't covered and not care about it. They never return calls or fix issues after they have been paid. BEWARE of Pharaoh Painting!.
